Brian does a great job taking care of customers and helping homeowners feel confident throughout the process.
A little-known fact about Brian: he and his wife, Danice, along with Dave Skattum, partner at Gutter Solutions, graduated from Park High School in 1981. A generation later, Brian’s daughter, Lexie, and Dave’s son, Josh, also a partner at Gutter Solutions, got married.
Brian also became our first salesperson to surpass the $1 million mark in sales. On top of that, he is a great mechanic who helps keep our rigs rolling.
Cara Macrow
Office Manager
Cara is one of the best office administrators around. If you have ever called Gutter Solutions and spoken with a kind, helpful voice on the other end of the phone, there is a good chance it was Cara.
Cara says her favorite hobby is chasing after her three boys, but underneath it all, she is also a passionate Formula 1 fan. When Cara answers the phone, feel free to ask her about Max Verstappen.
Cara loves spending time with her family: Mitch, Jase, and Jett.
Chris
Sales
Chris is one of our incredible sales team members. He is pictured with his beautiful wife, Emily, who is known for making delicious goodies for our crews.
A little-known fact about Chris is that he enjoys all kinds of music, but his favorites are Romantic-era classical music and hard rock.
Dave Skattum
Co-Owner
Dave has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 10 years with Gutter Solutions. He lives in Pine Creek, Montana, with his wife, Laurie, and their son, Jordan.

Lexie Skattum
Co-Owner
Lexie loves being a stay-at-home mom and keeping her boys out of trouble. As part of the Gutter Solutions family, she helps represent the values that have shaped the company from the beginning: family, trust, hard work, and service to the community.
Ivan Gadberry
New Construction Team Leader
Ivan works hard and plays harder. In his off time, you might catch him at the skate park shredding a rail and hanging with friends.
Ivan has a natural skill for new construction projects and moved quickly into a crew leader position. He also enjoys spending time in the hills and brings focus, energy, and craftsmanship to the work he does every day.
Josh Skattum
Co-Owner
Josh started Gutter Solutions in 2005 as a Park High School FFA project. Since then, he has perfected installation techniques that leave customers satisfied and help our products last for the long term.
In his time off, Josh loves anything fast that delivers an adrenaline rush. He lives for winter snowmobile season and, most importantly, being a dad to Asher, Brooks, and Maverick.
Heidi Key
Shop Manager
Heidi joined the team in 2023 as our shop manager. She does a great job organizing the shop, preparing materials, and helping keep projects moving smoothly.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with all her boys and has discovered that she has a green thumb.
Brandon Walker
Installer
Brandon has excelled through our apprentice program and is now working toward journeyman status. With his attention to detail, determination, and strong work ethic, Brandon has a bright future ahead of him at Gutter Solutions.
Bam Griffin
Installer
Bam is a skilled craftsman who specializes in new construction and custom work. On the weekends, you may find him pulling a stuck Jeep out with his mighty Toyota.
